We measure the existing core and design the car around it rather than asking you to rebuild. Cabin finish, door type, capacity and controls are all chosen at the drawing stage, before anything is cut.

Every home lift is surveyed, built, installed and maintained by us. Twelve free services are scheduled at handover, automatic rescue is fitted as standard, and the service desk answers at any hour if the lift ever stops with someone inside.

A home lift has to earn its place in rooms people live in, so the shaft footprint, the pit depth and the running noise matter more than headline speed. We survey what the house can give up, propose the smallest arrangement that does the job properly, and show you the pit and headroom numbers before you commit to anything.

Every machine is fitted with automatic rescue, so a power cut brings the car to the nearest floor and opens the doors rather than leaving somebody inside. Residents are briefed at handover on safe use and what to do in a stall, in Kannada as well as English, and the twelve free services in the first year are scheduled that day with a signed log at each visit.
