Built for the shallow pit and low headroom a villa actually has. Hydraulic or machine-room-less depending on what your structure allows, and quiet enough that it does not announce itself through the bedroom wall.

We specialise in lifts that fit the house as built. The survey is honest about what the stairwell can take, the car interior is made to drawing at our own works, and nothing gets rebuilt halfway through because something did not fit.

Most villa jobs begin with an owner who has been told the lift will not fit. Often it will, once somebody measures properly. We survey the stairwell as built rather than as drawn, check what the pit depth and headroom actually allow, and tell you honestly whether a hydraulic or a machine-room-less arrangement suits the structure you have.

The cabin is then made to drawing at our own works, in glass, stainless or a finish matched to the interior, so the lift reads as part of the house rather than an appliance dropped into it. Installation, the statutory licence, operator training and the first year of maintenance are all handled by the same crew, and the service desk answers at any hour of any day after that.
